French national team colleagues “Stop Now” over Mbappe’s ‘Night Club’ controversy

After Kylian Mbappe (Real Madrid) reportedly visited a nightclub, his teammates of the French national soccer team defended him.

According to ESPN on the 12th (local time), French defender Wesley Fofana (Chelsea) said of Mbappe, “A person can do what he wants in his free time,” adding, “Mbappe can also do what he wants (on vacation) and he is a great professional.”

“As Mbappe is the best player in France, I understand it’s being reported big, but I think the media sometimes over-reports it,” he said.

Mbappe’s recent injury and privacy controversy continued. He was not on the French national team’s October A-match list because he was expected to leave for three weeks at the end of last month due to a thigh injury, but on the 3rd, he returned to the UEFA Champions League (UCL) Lille, sparking controversy over his refusal to play for the national team.

In the midst of this, Mbappe visited a Swedish nightclub with his acquaintances on the 11th when he played the UEFA Nations League (UNL) match against Israel in Hungary, and French fans strongly criticized Mbappe when it was reported through local media reports.

In response, the French national team and 꽁머니 league master defended Mbappe, who was under fire. “We have no doubt about Mbappe’s passion for the national team. I hope he stops talking about this,” said Matteo Guinduzi of Lazio.

France is in second place after Italy (seven points) with a 2-1 win and one loss in Group A of the UNL League A (6 points).
